Hotel Velvet Plaza in Guadalajara was a delightful stay for me and my travel companion. the modern and clean room with a large window offered plenty of natural light, creating a bright and cozy atmosphere. the attentive and friendly staff made us feel truly welcome, going the extra mile to ensure our comfort. the restaurant in the lobby served delicious meals at a very affordable price, which became our go-to spot during our 12-night stay. the outdoor swimming pool and fitness center were perfect for some rest and relaxation, and we even took advantage of the steam room for an extra dose of relaxation. The location of the hotel was convenient, allowing us to explore the surrounding area easily on foot, and we felt safe even when walking back at night. the addition of a balcony with a city view in some rooms was a nice touch, offering a lovely spot to unwind after a day of exploring. the free WiFi throughout the property was handy for staying connected, and we appreciated the complimentary newspapers available in the lobby. It truly felt like a home away from home, and I would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable and modern stay in the heart of Zona Minerva. We will definitely be returning on our future trips to Guadalajara!
